HER STORIES HAVE FUELED THE DREAMS OF 25 MILLION

Yesterday was a no work, except Blog day.  Enjoyed lunch with Kate and discussed all her interesting changes.  Had Greek lunch and a lot of fun.  Stopped by Harbars Book Store (ran by my good friend Shelby—need a book, or a book on CD-go to Harbars)  and spent some time catching up.  Then had a drink at a local watering hole–my favorite waitress was off–she just got married–maybe there’s still hope for me having a date before I’m 89.  Was home by 8ish and catching up on my reading and face book.

Today is Anzac Day:  “… a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand that broadly commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders “who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations” and “the contribution and suffering of all those who have served.”…. Anzac Day is also observed in the Cook IslandsNiuePitcairn Islands, and Tonga.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anzac_Day
